Q: How often should I get my carpet, and upholstery cleaned?
A: At least twice a year, maybe more if you have pets in your home.
Q: How much will it cost to clean my Carpet, and/or Upholstery?
A: First, and foremost, let me say; We won’t be the cheapest! I’m not going to give you some low ball price to get in your door, and then change the price, and I’m not going to flood your carpet with gallons and gallons of hot steam, then hope I get the dirt out! To give you an accurate estimate, we need to inspect your carpet, and upholstery to identify your needs, and ascertain special issues like, age, type, color, spots and stains, pet stains, and odors. We will inspect high traffic areas, to see if a pre-treat is needed before we begin the cleaning process. Our goal is to restore your carpet/upholstery back to, or as close to its original beauty! This takes time and effort! We want you to be 100% satisfied with our performance, and be our customer for life!
Q: How long will it take to clean my carpet, and/or upholstery?
A: It all depends on the services you require… Anywhere from an hour or so, to a day, or it might require a second trip back. We never compromise the quality of our work for the sake of time it requires to properly complete the job! It all depends on your specific cleaning requirements.
Q: How long do I have to stay off of my carpet/upholstery?
A: Usually, one to two hours for upholstery should be sufficient, but with some of the cleaning demands of your carpet’s particular situation, it might take as long as four hours or more.
Q: Do I have to move my furniture?
A: No, we’ll move your furniture from side to side, and out of the way as needed, we do ask that you vacuum your carpet before we arrive, so that you will see anything on the floor that needs to be picked up, like small toys, pet toys, buttons, pins, those sorts of things. As part of the process, we will thoroughly vacuum before we begin the cleaning of your carpet, and upholstery.
